Scones with Honey

Ingredients

10 tablespoons of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 egg
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
Warm milk (as needed)
Heather Honey Serramel or Wild Lavender Honey Serramel

Preparation

Mix the ingredients with a wooden spoon in a glass bowl. Be careful not to stir too much, just enough to mix them. Then, with a tablespoon, put pieces of dough on a tray, previously sprinkled with flour. Leave a space of 2/3 fingers between each pile, so they won't glue when grow. Goes to oven, which should already be hot.
Stuff with delicious Heather Honey or Wild Lavender Honey and butter. Eat them still warm.

Note: Ideal to eat with tea, during Wintertime.
