Ingredients
6 tablespoons of unleavened flour
6 tablespoons of yellow sugar
0,5 l of Wild Lavender Honey Serramel
0.25l of olive oil
5 eggs
2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder
Preparation
Mix the Wild Lavender Honey with the olive oil, the egg yolks and the sugar. Then add the flour and the cinnamon. Finally add the beaten egg whites.
It goes to the oven in a baking pan without a hole, greased with butter or margarine and sprinkled with flour.
Note: This cake’s origin is Alentejo. It is very strong and tasty.
