Ingredients
2.5 dl white wine
2,5 dl of brandy
5 dl of olive oil
2.5 dl of Orange Blossom Honey Serramel
2.5 dl of sugar
Flour q.b.
1 egg
Sugar
Cinnamon
Preparation
The wine is mixed with the olive oil, the sugar, the honey and the brandy and then, kneading, add the necessary flour until the dough can be laid. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough and cut with your favourite shape and thickness with a cookie cutter dipped in flour. Place them on ungreased baking sheets or a tray.
Poke them with a fork, brush them with beaten egg and sprinkle them on the top with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake the cookies in a very hot oven.
