Ingredients
250g of butter
5 egg yolks
200g of Wild Lavender Honey Serramel
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
250g of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation
Soften the butter and beat with the egg yolks. Then add the Wild Lavender Honey and the ginger and wrap very well, then gradually add the flour. Pour the dough into a greased and dusted flour pan Place the baking pan in a medium temperature oven
Note: This cake goes along with tea, or fresh white milk. It is very invigorating, due to the honey and ginger mix.
