Ingredients
2 cups of GRANOLA SERRAMEL
2 ½ cups whole wheat flour
1 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 grated apple
1 cup of orange juice
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 banana, coarsely chopped walnuts and raisins as needed (enough to fill the bottom of the pan)
Preparation
Mix with a wooden spoon the GRANOLA, the flour, the sugar, the cinnamon and the baking powder. Scrape the peeled apple, with a manual grater, into the mixture and add the orange juice. Mix it up very well.
Grease a cake pan of your choice (pie, English cake or hole pan) with butter and sprinkle with flour. Arrange the banana cutted into small pieces, the nuts and the raisins to cover the bottom of the pan. Finally, top with the GRANOLA mix.
It will cook in about 20/30 minutes.
Note: This cake is very healthy and has an exotic flavour thanks to the cinnamon. Alternatively, you can replace the bananas, nuts and raisins for other fruits of your choice.
