Ingredients:
1 cup of milk
4 Eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
150g of sugar
1/3 cup of Wild Lavender Honey Serramel
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of anise
2 teaspoons of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
To Involve:
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 dessert spoon of cinnamon
Preparation:
In a bowl, join the milk, the oil, the eggs, the sugar, the Wild Lavender Honey, the cinnamon and the anise and beat lightly. Add the flour, to which you have previously added the yeast. Mix until well incorporated.
Put the dough in a tray greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
It goes to the hot oven about 30 minutes.
When baked, cut the cake in squares and while still warm, involve the squares in the sugar with the cinnamon.
