Ingredients
1 puff pastry roll
6 apples
Golden raisins
Honey Bear Serramel (Wild Lavender Honey)
Cinnamon as needed. (optional)
Preparation
On a baking sheet, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour, extend the puff pastry roll. On top of the dough, place the apple, cuted into thin slices. Sprinkle it with cinnamon and top with sultanas. Squeeze the honey over the pie with the Honey Bear.
Goes to oven to cook on medium temperature.
Note: This pie is a very good dessert to do with children. It goes very well with vanilla ice cream.
