Pears with Cottage Cheese and Honey

6 pears
1 cottage cheese
4 tablespoons of Wild Lavender Honey Serramel
30 half walnuts
Cinnamon powder (optional)


Adjust the oven to 200ºC. Peel the pears, cuting them in halves and removing the core.
Mix the cottage cheese with the Honey and the chopped walnuts and distribute the mixture into the concavities of the half pears.
Place the stuffed pears in the middle of a square of aluminum foil, previously greased with butter. Close the pears in aluminium foil and bake about 25 minutes.

Note: In hot weather, serve them cold, sprinkled with cinnamon powder. In winter serve them warm. It is a dessert of delicate flavor, for connoisseurs.
